To help keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:
Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.
There is no smoking allowed on the premises.
No illegal substances are allowed on the property.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay.
No parties or events are allowed on the premises.
Please respect quiet hours for our neighbors.
If you're visiting with a furry friend, please ensure you are picking up any yard remnants after them!
The bins are located outside the garage in the back alley. The trash bin is black and the recycling bin is blue.
Please do not bag your recycling — loose items only, or it will not be picked up.
The washer and dryer are available to you during your stay. Both were just replaced in 2026, so they're brand new!
Please remember to clean out the dryer lint trap after each use.
We also offer a free private parking spot at the house. It requires driving up on the grass patch, you will find it immediately next to the garage and along the alleyway! It can be nice having your own parking space and out of traffic.
If you have more than one car, you will have to park on the street in that case. There is no charge on these streets. You can park wherever you would like!

Yes: Park on BOTH sides of non-Snow Emergency Route streets (green or brown signs).
No: Do not park on Snow Emergency Routes (red "Snow Emergency Route" signs, blue street signs).
Yes after 8am: Park on ODD sides of green or brown streets AND return to both sides of Snow Emergency Routes starting at 8am.
No after 8am: Do not park on even sides of non-Snow Emergency Routes OR either side of Parkways.
Yes after 8am: Park on EVEN sides of green or brown streets AND continue parking on both sides of Snow Emergency Routes.
No after 8am: Do not park on odd sides of non-Snow Emergency Routes.

Located outside the bathroom in the corner cabinet nook. It is the lower of the two mounted items.
Simply toggle the bottom switch to heat or off.
Located in the living room, you can power on and adjust settings directly on the unit or use the white remote that says Denali Aire to adjust settings.
The TV in the living room is a Smart TV that allows you to access your own streaming services or cast things from your phone.
